Dr. Barry Yu

Dr Barry Yu graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine after completing a BSc (Honours) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of California, Davis. His clinical focus includes toothache diagnosis, cracked tooth assessment, root canal evaluation, and restorative treatment planning.

Since graduating in 2007, Dr Yu has practised dentistry in the United States, Hong Kong, and Singapore. He is licensed to practise in Singapore and in the State of California (USA), and has passed the NERB, WREB, and Hong Kong Dental Council licensing examinations.

Dr Yu practises as a general dentist. He manages dental pain and damaged teeth, and provides root canal treatment and restorative dentistry, using a dental operating microscope where appropriate. He explains findings and options clearly to support informed decisions.
