Dr. Barry Yu

Dr. Barry Yu obtained his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, after completing his Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of California, Davis. He later completed a Master of Science in Endodontics at King’s College London.

Since graduating in 2007, Dr. Yu has practised dentistry in the United States, Hong Kong, and Singapore. He is licensed to practise in Singapore and in the State of California (U.S.A.), and has passed the NERB, WREB, and Hong Kong Dental Council licensing examinations.

Dr. Yu practises as a general dentist. His postgraduate education in endodontics is reflected in how he approaches procedures such as root canal treatment and restorative dentistry, which he performs using a dental operating microscope. Having worked across different healthcare systems, he places emphasis on clear communication and careful explanation to help patients understand their treatment options.
